Nestled in the heart of Paris’s 6th arrondissement, So Bio is much more than an organic food store—it’s a vibrant haven for anyone passionate about natural living and high-quality, responsibly sourced products. Located at 99-101 Rue de Sèvres, this spacious and meticulously organized shop combines the charm of a traditional market with the reliability of a modern, eco-conscious retailer.
Stepping into So Bio, you're immediately struck by the breadth and depth of its offerings. From a traditional butcher’s counter showcasing a fine selection of French meats—carefully chosen and expertly cut on-site—to fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables arranged in attractive “cagettes” ready to take home for just 15€, the store caters beautifully to both the health-conscious and gourmet shopper.
Customers frequently praise So Bio’s commitment to quality and authenticity. As one visitor enthused, the store carries “clean, fresh products and environmentally conscious” choices with “the most variety of local fruits/veggies and meat” available, making it a standout among Paris’ organic food outlets. Another remarked on the completeness of the offer, highlighting how So Bio brilliantly combines everything from organic cheese, bread, and cereals to baby products, cosmetics, and natural health consultations with beauty or naturopathy advisers—all under one roof.
So Bio’s traditional boucherie is a particular point of pride. Passionate butchers bring a proud French heritage to their craft, ensuring every cut respects time-honored traditions and local sourcing. This attention to provenance makes So Bio a trusted destination for those seeking meats that speak of freshness, quality, and traceability.
The shopping experience is enhanced by services like at-home delivery and the popular “Too Good To Go” initiative, which helps reduce food waste by offering daily surprise boxes of surplus organic goods at a great price. These thoughtful touches resonate with the environmentally conscious clientele who appreciate So Bio’s holistic approach to sustainable shopping.
While some shoppers note that prices for certain items, such as bread, can feel elevated, particularly considering the chic Parisian neighborhood it serves, most agree that the overall value matches the quality and ethics behind every product on the shelves. One satisfied visitor simply sums up the experience as “very nice organic shop” with “reasonable prices” and a team that warmly accommodates their needs.
Whether you’re seeking specialty organic groceries, fresh artisanal meats, or the personal guidance of natural wellness experts, So Bio offers an authentic, enriching retail experience. It’s a shining example of how a neighborhood store can seamlessly combine tradition, quality, and modern sustainability values—inviting every visitor to shop with confidence and care for both body and planet.
Very spacious well-organized bioshop in nice area. They got their big bakery n boucherie, cosmetics, and baby products in addition to bio fruits and vegies.
I can’t emphasize enough how much I love this place! Clean, fresh products and environmentally conscious. They have the most variety of local fruits/veggies and meat
Very nice organic supermarket. The place is owned by Carrefour but it is a real organic place selling all the regular organic brands and local goods, and no Carrefour bio brands. The prices are ok except for bread that is totally overpriced even for this very chic Parisian neighborhood.
I just visited for the first time since they open. This is so different to the other bio or organic store. So complete everything is there from fresh fruit, vegetables meat, cheese , bread, cereal, coffee mix rice with spice, baby stuff, books, groceries everything you can find here . I was so amazed organized and clean. More organic around Paris .
